How to Use the Law of Attraction With Self-written Check?

If you have watched “The Secret” or read about the law of attraction, you’ll hear of self-written check. It is a method which you write the amount of money you desire on a check and look at it everyday. How to actually use this method is reality? Is it just writing the figure you want and look?Set an exciting amount of money you want. When I first started to use the law of attraction, I try to make the amount as small as possible. I made it very achievable and not exciting at all that leads me to failure. If you want the law of attraction works for you, you better make that amount exciting to you. Thought plus Emotion equals to Attraction. If you strong excitement, you’ll get that amount of money faster and easier. Write the check. The next step is definitely writing the amount that you desire on the check. Take a blank check, write your name, the amount of money and the date you’ll receive it. If you don’t have a check, you can create your own with your computer and print it out. Make it as real as possible. Look at it as much as possible. Try to keep the check clean and handle it with care. Put it at somewhere you always get to see it. I encourage you to put it at your workplace. It can be on your working desk under a transparent glass or paste it on the wall.

Inspired by The Secret – Self-Healing from Chronic Pain Using the Law of Attraction

The Secret has been an inspiration to thousands of people and it really enhanced people’s awareness of the Law of Attraction.
One woman who had been suffering from chronic illness and excruciating pain for years used the underlying message of the secret – the power of the Law of Attraction when consciously used to our advantage to transform her life.
This is the story of Jenny Mannion who used the Law of Attraction to heal herself from chronic pain.
For nearly eight years Jennifer experienced chronic pain and was diagnosed and misdiagnosed on numerous occasions. She was in so much pain that at times she could barely walk. She went through a period when she was fainting almost weekly – sometimes in the shower.
Later when she had children this became an even bigger concern. It was such a struggle to care for her two beautiful children when she was struggling just to get through the day.
She suffered insomnia because of the excruciating pain and because she wasn’t getting sufficient sleep it impaired her body’s ability to heal itself. She lacked energy and vitality. It was a vicious cycle.
In her book, “How I Use the Law of Attraction to Heal Myself from Chronic Pain”, she says that:
“I was so sad and so aware of my pain every step I took. I was 36 and imagined I felt as a 96 year old would feel on a bad day.”
She endured scan after scan, blood test, after blood test. The doctors finally concluded that Jennifer had Benign Hypermobility Syndrome (BHMS) except that there was nothing benign about what this illness was doing to her body.
And the prognosis was not good – a lifetime of medication plus she might end up in a wheel chair. She was relieved to finally have a label to apply to what she had been experiencing but also devastated.
What’s more she realized that she had become her illness.
She was told that basically she would never regain her health and counselled to hold a small funeral to formally bid goodbye to her old self. She felt that she couldn’t sink any lower.
Then, something miraculous happened. A friend had suggested that Jennifer watch the movie “The Secret” and her husband bought the DVD for them to watch in Christmas 2006.
She was so exhausted from her illness that she couldn’t even watch the movie the whole way through the first time. The second viewing was more successful and by the end of the movie Jennifer made a decision. She decided that:
“I WILL heal myself of pain.”
And she did but what is so miraculous about Jennifer’s story is that having been ill for nearly eight years she was able to almost completely heal herself within a few short weeks. What was critical to Jennifer’s recovery was her realization that the body is continually renewing itself.
However, she had been focusing on her illness so much that the blueprint she was providing her mind was that of sick body. She recognized that she had to provide her mind with a healthier blueprint to work from.

She said that within days of shifting her focus she began to feel much better. If just her little finger was pain-free then she focused on that. She took it as evidence that her body was fundamentally healthy.
In fact, Jennifer devised an eight-step process for self-healing which she strictly adheres to.
“I had to keep myself immersed in the Law of Attraction teachings so as not to go back to my negative ways. I had to make myself find the time for self-reflection, meditation and learning no matter what else seemed to be demanding of my time.”
She is aiming to use her system which has the acronym “PAGING ME” to help her ditch the last remaining drug that she still has to take.
Jennifer says that now she is able to accomplish more in a day than she used to be able to accomplish in a week and that her relationships with her husband and children have also been transformed.
Jennifer is living proof of the awesome potential of the Law of Attraction and that miracles can and do happen.

How to Use the Law of Attraction the 6 Steps to Manifestation- Step 2 of 6: Set Forth Your Intention

In the first article in this series on how to use the Law of Attraction, we discussed the importance of feeling good in relation to your ability to manifest. We discussed specific, practical tools you can utilize to experience more joy on a consistent basis. Now that you are feeling good, let’s go to step 2 in the manifestation process.Step 2: Set Forth Your INTENTION. To successfully use the Law of Attraction you must get clear on what you want. We live in an existence where we truly can have anything we want. Your main ‘job’ is to decide what you want and focus on it! Consider that over 90% of manifestation occurs in the declaration. So decide what you want and ask for it. In the first step we discussed creating a list of the 10 things you are grateful for. Now, add the top 10 intentions you have in your life. These intentions can include things like:

You can also set intentions you have for other people. For example, every single day I write down that: “I intend great health and safety for all my loved ones today.”Your intentions can be things you want to manifest today, this week, this month, this year or within several years. There is no wrong way to create your intentions just make them specific and clear.Another piece of advice is when you ask for what you want… ask like you expect to get it! Each morning write your gratitude and intention list and passionately read them out loud. Put energy and feeling into what you are grateful for and also what you want. It feels good to do this plus when you understand the Law of Attraction you know the universe is made up of energy and will respond to the energy (the vibration) that you emanate. Let me point out here that deciding what you want can be hard. The first time you try to list out 10 things you want may be a little tough.It is common for people to say they desire happiness and that is a noble intention for all. But what do people really want when they say they want happiness? I believe what we really want is: energy, experiences and excitement.Think about it… when you are feeling energized you are feeling good and when you are feeling good, you are happy! When you are really experiencing life, you are happy. To me, a great life is a life of great experiences. We also want excitement… excitement increases our energy.So if it is hard for you to answer the question “What do I want?”, then try these questions instead: What experiences do I want? What will excite and energize me and lead to happiness? What will be good for me and for the greater good of others? The last item to look at here is the subject of worthiness. To successfully use the Law of Attraction, it is critical you feel worthy. If you do not feel worthy of that which you desire, you will not attract it into your existence. Your energy must be vibrating in line with what you want. This is why feeling good comes before setting the intention. You must intend a state of being in which you feel good which will automatically raise your vibration (your energy). When you are energized, you will draw your goals and desire towards you like a magnet. When you are vibrating at a high level, you are connected to source energy / God / the universe. And when you are connected you become a channel to allow your thoughts (intentions) to manifest! You and your intention become one in the same. How To Use The Law of Attraction To Prevent Failure

When you decide to do something, one thing comes up immediately. It is the expectation of the result from your actions. There are only two alternatives here. It is either you get the result you want or you fail to get it. The law of attraction has been known for years for being one of the secrets to success in life. This article is about how to use law of attraction to prevent failure in your life.
The Law of attraction states that you can attract good things into your life by your good thinking. It can be other way around with bad things and bad thinking. To make use of the law of attraction is to think correctly. The following steps are to train your mind to think systematically. This is one of the ways to use the law of attraction. Then we go into the actions of planning and implementing. We then exercise the law by visualization. The steps to prevent failure include:
1. Change the definition of failure.
Before we go further on how to prevent failure, we should first go to the definition of failure. Longman dictionary gives to definitions of failure as the lack of Success, things that fail, non-performance or non-production of something, inability of a business to continue.
These definitions are somehow easy to understand as standard definition. This is why most people are afraid of failure. Failure is viewed as intimidated force to destroy our confidence. A lot of people have so much fear of failure that they dare not to set up their goals or try anything new. We need to change that. We need to understand that success and failure come together. All successful people understand this. They do not fear of failure. Failure is the stepping stones to success. You can have many stepping stones. You need to treat failure as one of the element to succeed. Every time you meet failure, just tell yourself that you are one step closer to your success.
2. Determine that you are going to succeed.
Having the right mindset on your determination is another key factor. You need to decide that you want the result no matter what. You have to determine the price you need to pay before you make the decision. Once you are sure, go for it. You need to go all the way until you succeed. In order to be able to do that, you need to have a firm commitment to yourself. You need to determine that you are going to succeed and you are ready to do what it takes.
3. Be clear on your goals.
You need to know exactly what you want in your actions. What are your goals and why you want them? What are the benefits of achieving your goals? What will happen if you don’t achieve them? All these questions need to be answered before you start. Most people are not clear on what they want because they have not made the decision. This is why the majority of the people in the society do not succeed in fully utilizing their capacity. You don’t have to be one of them. Once you are clear on your goal, you can proceed without any equivocal hesitation on your mind.
4. Set up your plan. Break down your plan into small plan.
You need to have the action plan in your steps. Make the big picture plan and break it down into small plans. The small plans are for seeing your progress and you can celebrate when you achieve these small goals. Planning is essential to your action so do not neglect it.
5. Take massive actions and evaluate them along the way.
You can not succeed without doing something. You need to take actions. You need to take more of the right actions in order to enjoy more fruitful results. In addition, you need to evaluate yourself along the way. You need to see if there anything to be improved. Is your current approach is correct? Are you on the right track? All these evaluations will help you to align your actions until you get to your goals.
6. Visualize your way to succeed.
Visualization is the most effective way to use the law of attraction. It will stimulate your subconscious mind. The mind will attract all circumstances and attributes favorable to what you visualized. You can do it by visualizing that you are getting what you want as if it is happening in front of you. You can feel it and have that feeling penetrate into your mind. You can use background audio to enhance your visualization power. Use The Law Of Attraction – Step 1

Step one to using the law of attraction is to get as happy as possible right here, and right now. It’s sad how many people act as if this is just not possible – but it is!

Step three to using the law of attraction is trusting and allowing. Once you build your vision and give real thanks for it, all from a place of happiness, your job is to literally “get out of the way’ and let things happen.

Don’t keep looking for your results and wondering where they are. Allow yourself to feel a sense of peace and become secure in the knowledge that all things you want are now on the way to you.

Again, this step can be achieved through practice. Many of the things people associate with personality traits and the like are actually developed through intent, and not inherited.

Get the Life You Desire Using the Law of Attraction

Maybe there are things you want to change about your life. It’s not uncommon to want to be more than you are right now. It could be a relationship you want to change or a job or even a health issue. Women the world over have learned to put the law of attraction into practice and get the life they want to live right now. You can do it too.
What is the Law of Attraction?
It sounds complicated but it really is a simple principle: attract into your life the things that you focus on most. So, if money is your goal, pay particular attention to it. On the flip side, if your focus tends towards the negative aspects of life, that is all you are going to see manifested.
Positive Thinking, Anyone?
For the law of attraction to begin to work, define your focus. You may want something that you don’t currently have, but the idea is to frame it in a positive light. For instance, if you have a mountain of credit card debt, don’t concentrate on the amount of debt or how long it will take you to get rid of it. Turn those thoughts to how you will feel as a financially free person who is creating wealth instead of debt.
Isn’t this just a fantasy? Not at all! Changing your focus from the negative to the positive is not lying to yourself but putting all of your energy towards changing your situation from negative to positive. Being grateful for where you are and where you will be is a change in thinking that you’ll want to make. First see what you want to be and then concentrate on making it happen to get the life you want.
Let Go of some Things
We all have needs. Focusing too much on those needs can turn into obsession. You are constantly seeking to fulfill that need which says that you are not fulfilled at that moment. Unfulfilled is not a happy life. It ties you to those needs in an unhealthy way. The Law of Attraction says that you live as if you already have everything you want. That sounds like a more fulfilling existence. You are free to live as you would like. To grow, change your view again. Resist the urge to add “need” to your thoughts or you will halt the Law of Attraction.
First Steps
Here is the exciting part. What kinds of things do you want to attract into your life? Start with a list of the current things you are grateful for. Take it one step further. Instead of making resolutions like “I want to be debt free,” say “I have $500,000 in the bank for retirement.” Now your desire is an affirmation. How does it feel to have that much in the bank for your future? Remember that feeling and now have faith that you can attract what you want to you.
Use the Law of Attraction to change your life and attract what you want.

How to Use the Law of Attraction to Lose Weight

Remember when ‘The Secret’ was all the rage? It was everywhere; ‘The Secret’ books. ‘The Secret’ DVDs. ‘the Secret’ bumper stickers. Only it’s not really a secret. The concept behind this seemingly ‘new’ phenomenon has actually been around for a very long time; it’s just never been packaged so ‘attractively’ before now (pardon the pun!). Whatever the case, the basic premise behind the Law of Attraction is: ‘Focus on what you want, and you can have it’.

But did you know that you can use the principles behind the Law of Attraction to lose weight? Anybody can use their minds to attract good things into their lives; you have the power to create anything you want. It’s all about giving your mind a picture of what you want; through a process called visualization. In order to get what you want, you need to be specific about what that is. So begin by asking yourself a few basic questions:

* What exactly is your goal weight?

* How will you feel when you reach your ideal weight?

* What will you be wearing and how will it feel on your fit, healthy, slim body?

Visualization is using your imagination to ‘daydream’ about the things you want. Remember when you used to get told off in class for daydreaming? Well it turns out your teachers were wrong; daydreaming is actually very good for you, provided you use it wisely. When I use the term ‘visualize’ I’m not just talking about using your eyes; I’m talking about using all five senses – seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting and/or smelling.

Some people feel what they are attracting or get a sense of it instead of seeing; or they may imagine that they can hear others congratulating them on their success once they have achieved the goal. All of these are examples of visualization. But visualizing yourself at your ideal weight is only one part of the equation. Not sure where or how to start? Here are some of my favourite tips for using the Law of Attraction to lose weight;

ONE: Combine your Visualization with your Workout

You can do this just before you begin your workout, or even while you are in the middle of it. Sometimes exercise can be a bit uninspiring (oops – did I say that??), so this is a really productive way to pass the time. By daydreaming about your ideal body you are leveraging your results. As you work out, get a picture or a feeling of your body as it responds to exercises. Notice how it feels as your body becomes fitter, stronger and leaner right before your eyes.

TWO: Create a Vision Board

A vision board is basically a group of pictures that represents the things you want to attract into your life. You can cut out pictures from magazines or download images from the internet and print them. These images should show the kind of body you want to have. Or you could include pictures of the things you will do once you have reached your goal weight, or even the type of foods that will become part of your new, healthier lifestyle. Look at these pictures and images every day. Allow them to inspire you. As you give your subconscious mind a picture, it sets out to create this as your reality.

THREE: Use Affirmations

Affirmations are a great way to get what you want. If you’re not familiar with affirmations and how they work, feel free to download my free e-books for more information. You can practise your affirmations throughout the day or during specific times, such as first thing in the morning or before you go to sleep. Affirmations serve to change the neurological pathways, steering you away from what you do not want and towards what you do want.

FOUR: Take Action

The most crucial step in using the Law of Attraction is that you do actually have to do something to bring about the changes you want. You can affirm your ideal weight until you’re blue in the face but you will not actually achieve anything unless you take action. When used properly, The Law of Attraction can feel like magic – but is not a magic quick fix – it is a means for you to get what you want by focusing on what you want and then tuning into ‘clues’ from the Universe about how to go about getting it.

So for example, let’s say you have already created your vision board; you know what you want and have focused on the minutest details. Then one day out of the blue during your power walk, you might notice an organic fruit and vegetable shop that sells its produce cheaply; funny how it has been there all along but you have only just noticed it now! All of these things happen for a reason. They are not coincidences or accidents. They are the Law of Attraction at work.

The Law of Attraction works – whether you believe in it or not. The trick is to have patience; ask for what you want and then let go of wanting it. Let the Universe do what it does best and allow it to bring you what you have asked for at the perfect time, in the perfect way and for the highest good of all concerned.
